Iron

There are many types of iron includ gray Iron, ductile Iron and malleable Iron which are widely used in Sand Casting process. These types of iron have good mechanical properties and are relatively inexpensive, so they are  commonly used in products that require thicker walls, such as pumps and valves.

Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & Stainless Steel

Steel is an alloy made up of iron with typically a few tenths of a percent of carbon to improve its strength and fracture resistance compared to other forms of iron. Many other elements may be present or added. (by Wikipedia)

This allows them to have nice features like Strength, Hardness, Toughness, Corrosion Resistance, Wear Resistance, Hot Hardness, Hardenability, Machinability, forgeability and more. We use steel to manufacture products for a variety of industries through processes such as Investment Casting, CNC Machining, Forging, Roll Forming,etc.

Aluminum Alloys

Aluminium alloys are widely used in a range of industries where light weight or corrosion resistance is required. There are two principal classifications, namely casting alloys and wrought alloys.

At Gambo Industry, the casting alloys designations we common use include ADC12, 355.0,356.0, a356.0, 380.0 and A380. the wrought alloys designations we common use include 2024, 5052, 6061, 6063, 7075.

Copper Brass & Bronze

At Gambo Industry, we typically use copper and brass in cold drawing and extrusion. The commonly used are C10100, C12200, C28000, C38000 and C38500 brass. Zinc Alloys
