Investment casting (lost wax casting)

investment castingGambo Industry produces Investment Casting products by two different production lines, one is sodium silicate process and the other is silica sol process.

Sodium Silicate line usually produce cabon steel, alloy steel and ductile iron castings which quality is better than sand casting, the linear tolerance of castings can meet ISO8062 CT6~CT7. This is a cost-effective process, widely used in the production of Ground Eneaging Tools parts, AUTO Parts, Agricultural Machinery parts and Railway parts.

Silica Sol line usually produce cabon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel castings which quality is better than sodium silicate line, the linear tolerance  of castings can meet ISO8062 CT4~CT5. This is the most expensive process, suitable for the production of smaller castings such as Architectural Hardware and Kitchenware, etc.

Shell Mold Casting

shell mold castingIn Gambo Industry, We also produces castings by Shell Mold Casting process. Shell Mold Casting is also called core casting or pre-coated resin sand casting which is more economical than lost wax casting. But there are many advantages, such as tighte dimensional tolerance, less casting defects and good surface quality. The linear tolerance of shell mold castings can meet ISO8062 CT7~CT8. This also is a cost-effective process, widely used in the production of Ground Eneaging Tools parts, AUTO PartsAgricultural Machinery parts.

Die Casting & Gravity Casting

Die castingNon-ferrous metals products are typically used in Die Casting and Gravity Casting process in Gambo Industry, such as aluminum alloy parts, zinc alloy parts and copper alloy parts. We will advise our customers to select the appropriate process according to the product performance requirements and the volum of runs. For high volume runs of parts, Die Casting process is better option that's cost-effective and fast delivery. And for low volume runs of parts, Gravity Casting is the best option that lower development costs.
